Founder & Managing Director
Blanche Batev founded SQPM to deliver exceptional experiences for property owners and guests through trust, communication, accountability, and genuine care.
Before SQPM, Blanche worked alongside her husband in a successful import, manufacturing, and distribution business, gaining valuable experience in customer service, operations, logistics, and business management.
She later established Sparkle Queen Cleaning Services, building a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and consistently high standards. With more than seven years of professional cleaning experience, Blanche understands that excellent property management begins with meticulous care.
Today, she personally oversees guest experience, property presentation, housekeeping standards, maintenance coordination, and daily operations, ensuring every property is cared for as if it were her own.
